The C130J, Dash8/Q400, Bae 146 are potentially good Mud Tankers to be considered for the future.
Funds; Stock Market sinking, Budgets evaporating; No comment.
Leadership; Looking at the Katrina and BP Oil Spill crisis...Not impressive.
