Well I like to think you are. I can see an operator calling his insurance broker and asking if he is covered for flying around at night, in the smoke, over a fire and using night vision equipment. I am sure they can find a clause somewhere that gets them off the hook. You know Walt, kind of like PSOB coverage. Might be a good program for the lead planes to evaluate at the govt expense.
