Hi Walt, I'm sorry for standing and shouting on this soapbox. My intention is not and never will be to point fingers at anyone or any company. I want you to know also, that "my ideas" aren't mine. The airlines and military have developed them over years of trial and error. Their goal every day is Zero accidents! That should be ours, zero accidents!
The way we did business yesterday and today will not be the way we do it tomorrow. We have to change our culture or all we'll have left are cool stories and memories of dead friends.
