Outstanding news! If I have one suggestion, think "Big Picture" LATS, Mids, SEATS, HELOs. Adapt to your aircraft but as a community we should have a bottom line training standard, with continuation training and Check airmen. Don't try to reinvent the wheel either. There is an enormous amount of tactical training syllabus out there. St Joseph, AATTC comes to mind.(Advanced Airlift Tactical Training Center). I know the critics will say "NO MONEY" but put it on paper. This will force funding. Safety, efficiency and reliability WILL increase. As a community we will hold ourselves accountable even if we have to point to funding as a road block on accident investigations. A well trained, qualified and PROFICIENT crew member is our goal in this.
